No sick days in Grad School

I went to bed yesterday
Feeling crappy
Physically
Emotionally
Spiritually

I did not study much at all
But I did do my physical therapy exercises!
It was a raining day
Perfect to curl up with a very large text book
But my mind decided to freeze

I woke up
In pain
I have a pain in my neck
It is part of my continuing
Issues with my back

Right now
I look comical
I have a scarf around my head
Holding an icepack
(In the shape of an M&M)
To the back of my head
I must not ice too much

Or my brain will freeze! (again?)
