Last night...
I thought I heard thunder

In line for coffee...
the man balancing 8 cups
with MEDICAL EXAMINER on his shirt

The phone call during a meeting
...a request for samples
to study

I was late to the hospital
My car coated in ice
...from freezing rain

And the sun shining so bright today
